Anadolu Efes was defeated by Crvena Zvezda in a EuroLeague matchup, and guard Mike James left the game with an ankle injury.
The severity of James's ankle issue was not detailed in the reports, leaving his short‑term availability uncertain.
The loss drops Efes further behind in the group standings and raises questions about how the team will adjust without James for their next fixtures.
