This notice explains how Betsseeker handles personal data, optional analytics, newsletter information, partner links, security data, and your privacy rights.

Betsseeker operates this website and acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@betsseeker.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, Betsseeker may process device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate region, referral source, interaction events, affiliate click activity, security and abuse-prevention signals, newsletter details you submit, and—only after analytics consent—privacy-masked session replay and heatmap data. Session replay is configured to mask form inputs and PostHog IP anonymization is enabled.
Legal bases
Betsseeker relies on consent for optional analytics, session replay and similar non-essential tracking, and for newsletter communications where consent is required. We rely on legitimate interests for site security, fraud and abuse prevention, service reliability and protecting the website. We may process data where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, provide requested features, understand content and pick-page performance where analytics consent has been given, improve usability, deliver subscribed email updates, prevent abuse, apply partner availability rules, and measure outbound partner referrals.
Cookies and analytics choices
Strictly necessary storage may be used for security, session reliability and to remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics—including PostHog, heatmaps, masked session replay, GTM analytics tags and Vercel Web Analytics—remain off until you select “Accept analytics.” Your Betsseeker analytics-consent preference is stored for up to 180 days. If consent is absent, rejected or withdrawn, Betsseeker clears its PostHog browser persistence and does not initialize optional analytics. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Recipients and service providers
Betsseeker uses service providers to host, secure, store, analyze and deliver the website. Depending on the feature used, these may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application data, PostHog EU for consented analytics and session replay, and Resend for email delivery. When you choose a sportsbook partner link, the partner receives your request and applies its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.
International data transfers
Some service providers may process data from countries outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer occurs, Betsseeker relies on the safeguards available under applicable data-protection law and the relevant provider arrangements, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention
Betsseeker keeps personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, legal obligations or dispute handling. The analytics-consent preference is stored for up to 180 days. PostHog session recordings are currently configured for a 30-day retention period. Newsletter information is kept while you remain subscribed, subject to any limited suppression record needed to honor an unsubscribe. Other analytics and operational records follow configured provider retention settings and are reviewed against the purpose for which they were collected.
Your GDPR rights
Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive portable data where applicable, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also complain to the data-protection supervisory authority in your country or region.
Your choices
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to accept, reject or later withdraw optional analytics. You can unsubscribe from email using the unsubscribe control in our messages. You can also avoid outbound partner links. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection requests relating to data Betsseeker can reasonably identify, contact privacy@betsseeker.com.
Affiliate partners
Some sportsbook links are paid partner or affiliate links. Betsseeker may receive a commission when a user follows a partner link or completes a qualifying action. This does not change the published pick or result. Once you leave Betsseeker, the sportsbook controls its own registration, age and location checks, deposits, wagering systems and privacy practices.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational controls intended to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy and GDPR requests can be sent to privacy@betsseeker.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling certain rights requests.
